Golden Bloom Studio (P.IVA 02443750506, Viareggio) is the data controller for the personal data collected through this website. This page explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do about it, under the GDPR (EU 2016/679).
What we collect
Only what you type into the inquiry form: your names, your email address, and the details of your celebration. We do not build profiles, and we do not enrich your data from other sources.
Why, and for how long
We use it for one purpose: to answer you and, if you become a client, to organise the work. The legal basis is your request itself (pre-contractual measures). We keep inquiries that do not become commissions for 24 months, then delete them.
Who else sees it
Our email and hosting providers process it on our behalf, under contract. We do not sell, rent or trade personal data, and we do not transfer it outside the European Economic Area.
Photographs of you
Images made during a commission are governed by the contract you sign with us, not by this page. Nothing is published without your written consent, and that consent can be withdrawn.
Your rights
You may ask us for access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your data, and you may object to its processing. Write to info@goldenbloom.it and we will answer within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
